COLOR EXCHANGE Have you chosen the wrong color? Don't fret! You may exchange your extension for the different color! Simply contact us for instructions and return the unused, unaltered extension in it's original packaging within 7 business days and we will create a new color for you! Don't forget! You may take your extension to your hairstylist who can color your extension your exact color. Our extensions take color beautifully! Please only have a professional stylist that is skilled in coloring hair extensions color your set. We only recommend coloring your fabulous extensions a similar or darker shade (up to 2-3 shades darker only for the best result). Because your extensions have already been treated and chemically processed, one should not to lighten, highlight, strip or bleach your extensions. This will ruin them beyond repair. Due to the hand made nature of our products we offer an exchange only policy. Client is responsible for all exchange shipping costs. Extensions must be shipped back to us with tracking. Thank you! |
